By receiving services from Seaside Haven LLC, the client understands and agrees to the following:
1. Risk Disclosure
Client acknowledges that services may involve risks including, but not limited to:
• Property damage
• Slips, trips, or falls
• Equipment hazards
• Chemical exposure (where applicable)
• Environmental exposure
• Structural hazards (remodeling)
• Debris hazards (junk removal)
2. Release of Liability
Client agrees to release Seaside Haven LLC, its owners, operators, employees, and contractors from liability for accidental damage or injury unless caused by proven negligence.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client agrees to:
• Provide safe access to the work area
• Remove pets, children, and valuables from service zones
• Disclose hazards or sensitive areas
• Follow all preparation instructions provided by Seaside Haven LLC
4. Documentation
Seaside Haven LLC may photograph or document service areas for:
• Liability protection
• Quality assurance
• Compliance records
• Before/after documentation
5. Division-Specific Waivers
Certain services may require additional waivers, including:
• Remodeling hazard waiver
• Landscaping equipment waiver
• Pressure washing chemical waiver
• Junk removal property access waiver
