    By requesting services, you agree to our policies, scheduling rules, and communication terms.

  2. Quotes & estimates

    Quotes are based on the information provided and may change if project details differ on-site.

  3. Payments

    Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged. Deposits may be required for larger projects.

  4. Scheduling

    Appointment times may change due to weather, workload, or unforeseen delays. We’ll notify you of any changes.

  5. Cancellations

    Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without fees.

  6. Property access

    You must provide safe access to the work area. Hazards or blocked access may delay service.

  7. Liability

    We are insured, but not responsible for pre-existing damage or unsafe conditions on the property.

  8. Service limitations

    Some services may be unavailable due to weather, safety concerns, or equipment restrictions.
